Nataliia Druhak

Nataliia Druhak works as a Communication Advisor at EPIK. She is a Strategic Communications Expert with ten years of experience working with governmental institutions, international organisations, and NGOs. Her expertise spans public and cultural diplomacy, as well as strategic and crisis communications. 

She has implemented nationwide and international communication campaigns. Previously, Nataliia worked at the Ukrainian Institute in both the Kyiv and Berlin offices. She also developed ukraine.ua — the official channels of Ukraine, growing their social media presence to millions of followers worldwide.

Nataliia has also worked as a Strategic Communications Consultant for NGOs, governmental institutions, and public figures — developing communication strategies, building communication processes, supervising communication teams, and designing crisis communication plans.

Nataliia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Communications from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master’s degree in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts from the University of the Arts Berlin, where she studied on a Heinrich Böll Foundation Scholarship. Her Master’s thesis explored war fatigue among distant audiences in media coverage.
