Kateryna Slyniuk

Kateryna Slyniuk is an HR, finance and compliance professional with extensive experience supporting Ukrainian NGOs, international organisations and donor-funded projects. Her professional background combines financial management, project administration, compliance, HR and organisational development, with a particular focus on ensuring effective and transparent management of donor-funded programmes.

Kateryna currently works as an HR and Finance Manager, overseeing financial and HR processes, supporting projects implementation, monitoring compliance with donor requirements, and contributing to the development and improvement of organisational policies and procedures.

Previously, Kateryna worked as a Finance and Compliance Manager with with EU- and USAID funded projects, and contributed to project administration and compliance with international funding requirements.

She has also contributed to employee engagement, organisational culture and professional development initiatives, combining practical HR management with broader administrative and organisational responsibilities.

Kateryna holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation from Zhytomyr Polytechnic University and a Specialist degree in Education from Zhytomyr State Ivan Franko University. She has also completed a micro-qualification programme in Compliance Management at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

Her areas of professional interest include financial and organisational management, donor compliance, project administration, particularly in the context of international cooperation and Ukraine-focused programmes.
