Yevheniia Yemshenetska serves as Chief of Staff at EPIK. She is a strategic communications and institutional development professional with extensive experience in foreign policy coordination, public diplomacy, and organisational management within Ukraine’s international engagement framework.

Before joining EPIK, Yevheniia led a multidisciplinary team working on strategic communications and international partnerships during the full-scale war. She coordinated collaboration across policy, research, and communications teams, strengthened internal processes, and supported senior leadership in delivering complex initiatives in a highly sensitive security environment.

Earlier in her career, she contributed to institutional reform and international cooperation at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. Her work focused on organisational development, donor-funded educational programmes, and capacity-building initiatives for diplomats and civil servants. She coordinated projects implemented in cooperation with international partners and donors, including the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland through the Berghof Foundation, United Nations Institute for Training and Research, the German Federal Foreign Office, American Councils for International Education, United Nations Population Fund, the European External Action Service, the International Renaissance Foundation, and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.

Yevheniia holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Kyiv National Economic University and a Master of Social Sciences in China and Global Governance from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Her professional expertise includes institutional coordination, international relations, gender equality, and building institutional resilience in times of crisis. She is particularly experienced in aligning strategy with practical implementation and building cooperation across institutions.
